The remains of Mr. W. H. Clarkson, who died in Baltimore Tuesday, the 7th instant reached the city on the 10:45 train last night. He was the eldest son of the late Colonel W.H. Clarkson, and was in the forty-seventh year of his age. Mr. Clarkson was a brother of Police Officer Charles L. Clarkson, and up to a year ago had lived here. He married Miss Bull, of this city, who, with one daughter, Miss Inez Clarkson, survives him.
The interment will take place this morning at 11 o'clock in Hollywood, with services at the grave. Following will be pall-bearers: Messrs. John Wiley, Sergeant R. B. Sowell, Tazewell Sanderson, N. H. Forbes, L. W. Dow and W. E. Newman.
