Frank P Hines, 74, of 2751 East 8th Avenue, formerly Cumberland, died Sunday at North District Hospital. He was born in Elk Garden, W. Va. Before moving to Florida five years ago, Mr. Hines, operated the Sanitary Meat Market and was an employe of McDade's Market. He was a member of SS Peter and Paul's Catholic Church; the Knights of Columbus, Council 586; and Chief Justice Taney, General Assembly of 4th Degree. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Regina (Halloran) Hines; a son, James W. Hines, Washington, and two grandsons. The body will be at the George Funeral Home where friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 4 p. m. and 7 to 9 p. m. A requiem mass will be celebrated tomorrow at 9 a. m. at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery, Frostburg. The Knights of Columbus will recite the rosary Thursday at p. m. at the funeral home.
