Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the St. Patrick Catholic church, Maple Grove. The Rev. Frank Schoeitl will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
He was born in Franklin in 1881 and in 1911 married Miss Margaret Long. They located on the homestead farm in Franklin. His wife died five years ago. Mr. Mangin was a member of the Holy Name society of St. Patrick congregation.
Survivors are three sons, Michael of Cato and Paul G. and George of Franklin; three daughters, Mrs. Chester Eiles, of Franklin, Mrs. Walter Massman of Rockwood and Mrs. Orie Schisel of Whitelaw; two sisters, Mrs. Mathew Stelzer of Wayside and Mrs. Edward Menchel of Maple Grove; and 18 grandchildren.
