Evening Times, Cumberland, Maryland, Mon 29 Oct 1923: "Frostburg--Mrs. Thomas Brady, aged 62 years, died at her home at 123 Centre street, yesterday morning at 11 o'clock, following one week's illness of heart disease. Before marriage she was Miss Annie Moran and had been a resident of Frostburg practically all her life. She was a member of the St. Michael's Catholic Church. Besides her husband, three sons, Edward and Clarence Brady, Pittsburgh; Frank Brady, this place; six daughters, Mrs. George Connars, Elkins, W. Va.; Mrs. Katharine McKenna, Mrs. Frank Powers, Mrs. Edward Smith, Mrs. Adam Kalbaugh and Miss Anna Brady, all of Frostburg, and one sister, Mrs. Morgan, of Westernport, survive. Funeral services will be conducted from St. Michael's Catholic Church Wednesday morning at 9:00 o'clock by Rev. James Quinn, with burial in the church cemetery."

Evening Times, Cumberland, Maryland, Thu 1 Nov 1923: "Funeral of Mrs. Thomas Brady-Frostburg--The funeral of Mrs. Anna Brady, wife of Thomas Brady, who died Sunday morning at her home on Center street, following an illness of one week, was held Wednesday morning from Saint Michael's Catholic Church, Rev. James Quinn, pastor, celebrated the mass of requiem, and Father Scarpati, Barton, was present in the sanctuary. Mrs. Mary Cronley sang "Ave Maria," and Miss Anna Comer sang "One Sweetly Solemn Thought" The funeral was largely attended. Burial was in Saint Michael's Cemetery."
