Blankenship, Justin Adam, formerly of Prattville, AL, passed away in Birmingham, AL, on June 29, 2012, at the age of 29. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 2, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Prattville Memorial with Pastor Rick Rodriguez officiating. Burial will follow in Prattville Memory Gardens, with Prattville Memorial Chapel directing. Justin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mary and Al Jung. He is survived by his wife, Heather Blankenship; one daughter, Karley Blankenship; one son, Kameron Blankenship; his parents, Shirley and Derek Blankenship; one sister, Lyndsey Blankenship; maternal grandparents, Osman and Ernestine Maness; paternal grandmother, Betty Baldwin; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Pallbearers will be Vince Donde, Cory Donde, Mark Gray, Shay Blankenship, Jason Brown, and Corey Blankenship. The family received friends at Prattville Memorial Chapel on Sunday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m
