Mother of 11 Found in Well

III Health Blamed for Suicide

Mrs. Mary Brohl, 61, of 13355 10 Mile Road, Warren Township, mother of 12 children, was found dead in a well this morning near her home. Coroner Howard V. Grosebeck, Jr. ruled the death a suicide. Her husband, Louis, told the coroner this morning that his wife had been despondent for the last year about her health which had confined her to the home. The sheriff's department assisted the coroner in recovering the body. She had apparently plunged to her death sometime around 11 a.m., the last time she had been seen alive by the children.
