He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Margaret; parents, Richard and Julia; sister, Madge Leeman; brothers, Howard and Maurice.
He will be deeply missed by his children, Cathy (Dave) Adams, Julie (Jim) Libby, Deanne Gutshall, Richard (Linda) Maine, Jeffrey (Lori) Maine; 13 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren; sister, Joan McCreary; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 1, 2012 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at Methven-Taylor Funeral Home, 850 E. Main Street, Anoka.
Funeral Services on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Northern Light Church of Christ, 6717 - 85th Avenue North, Brooklyn Park (763-494-4224) with visitation 1 hour prior to the service.
Interment will take place at Fort Snelling National Cemetery on Monday.
