Mrs. Hain died at the Crestview Care center, West Branch, Jan. 3. The daughter of Jense and Marie Christiansen Hansen, she was born at Wilton, July 4, 1912. She graduated from Wilton High School in 1932. She was married to Clarence R. (Shay) Hain at Wilton, January 27, 1934.
She was a cook at the Durant Schools and New Liberty Sale Barn. She also sold Avon products. She spent her life in the Wilton area until moving to Rochester 16 years ago. She was a member of Trinity United Church, Moscow and the Rochester Rockettes.
She is survived by her husband, Rochester; a son, Mike, Rochester; a granddaughter and a grandson; a sister, Mrs. Joan Treibert, Bettendorf and two brothers, Harold Hansen, Bettendorf, and Ernest Hansen, Wilton.
