Otto W. Rakestraw was born In Mound City, Pulaski, Ill. to George William Rakestraw and Mamie Hainey. m. Susan Leila Glover Aug 10, 1918 in St. Louis, Mo. The 1930 census report shows he was a moving man. Aunt Leila inherited money from her sister Laura and Otto pretty much lived off aunt Leila's money after her inheritance.
