Clinton D. Steury, 88, Ft. Wayne, formerly of Berne, passed away on June 28, 2012. He was born on September 18, 1923, to David P. and Mary(Habegger) Steury in Adams County., He married Ruth(Muselman) Steury on June 1, 1945. Clinton graduated from Monroe High School in 1941 and served on the Adams County Welfare Board. While a member of the First Missionary Churc in Berne he taught Sunday School for many years and was a member of Gideons International. Later, he was a faithful member of the First Missionary Church of Ft. Wayne. Clinton was employed as a pressman at Economy Printing Concern of Berne, and after retirement did printing for Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company and Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Ft. Wayne. He enjoyed gardening and photography, and expecially time with his family.

He is survived by his wife Ruth J. Steury of Ft. Wayne, daughters-in-law Nedra Steury of Ft. Wayne and Linda Steury of Berne: son Wes(Cindy) Steury of Ft. Wayne; daughters Ann(Allen)Tomlinson of Merrimack, New Hampshire and Rhonda(Barry) Culbertson of Ft. Wayne; sisters Esther Steinman of Ft Wayne, Florine Fennig of Berne, and Shirley Burke of Littleton, Colorado; thirteen grandchildren; and twenty-two great grandchildren.

He is precded in death by his parents, sons, C. David Steury and Steven L. Steury.; brothers Frank and Ernie Steury; and sisters Clara Sprunger, Ruth Sprunger, and Mary Alice Lehman Waren.

Funeral services are Monday, July 2, 10:30am, at the D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home, Foster Park with visitation 1 hour prior to services. Visitation at the funeral home on Sunday from 4 to7 PM. Also visitation Saturday at the Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home from 3 to 7p.m. Officiating is Pastor Robert Martin.

Burial in the M.R.E. Cemetery of Berne with graveside services at 3 p.m.
