Lovina Jane Grove was born September 17, 1846 in Ohio and died at her daughter's (Mrs, Charles Blocksmith) in Vincennes on October 11, 1928. Burial in Maple Hill cemetery. She married John Coulson December 18, 1884. He died 17 years ago. They had nine children. Five have died: William, John, Mary, Sarah and Edmon. Those left are Mahlon, Amy, Louis and Jane. She also leaves two brothers, William and James Grove of Wayne county and two sisters, Cynthia Stewart of Alton and Mary Berg of Almyra, Arkansas.
