ROBERT A. SOSSAMAN, 83, of Memphis, retired manager from Binswanger Glass Co., died Tuesday at Cordova Rehab & Nursing Center. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Memorial Park Funeral Home with entombment in Memorial Park Mausoleum. He was a World War II Marine Corps veteran and an elder at Evergreen Presbyterian Church. Mr. Sossaman, the husband of Elizabeth H. Sossaman for 57 years, also leaves two sons, William Sossaman of Germantown and Bob Sossaman of Memphis; a sister, Virginia Shrawder, and a brother, Richard B. Sossaman, both of Jamestown, N.C., and eight grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be sent to Crossroads Hospice, Evergreen Presbyterian Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
