BERRY GASAWAY
Funeral services will be held
Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Church of
Christ for Berry Levi Gasaway. Ralph
Baldwin will officiate
Interment will be in the Okmulgee
cemetery.
Mr Gasaway died Monday at the local
nersing home. He was born near
Thacherville, Okla., Nov 25, 1887.
He and his wife, Effie M. Gasaway
moved from Stringtown, to Prairie
Bell in 1923 where they were in the
dairy Business. They moved to the
Bald Hill Community in 1930 and to
the present address in 1945 where
they have made their home since
He is survived by his wife Mrs. Effie
M. Gasaway, of the home West Eufaula,
four daughters, Miss Letha Gasaway,
Sapulpa, Mrs. Earl (Dollie) Bradburn,
Wichita, Kan., Mrs, Carl (Lorene) Ator,
Okmulgee, and Mrs, Gerald (Helen)
Bowling, Drumright, Two sons, Levi
Gasaway, Okmulgee and J.D. Gasaway,
Preston, four brothers, Frank Gasaway
Okmulgee, Rollo Gasaway, and Bethel
Gasaway, Elk Grove, Calif., and James
Gasaway, Sacramento, Calif., Three
sisters, Effie Lowe, Woodland, Calif.
Ethel Korth, Elk Grove, Calif.. and
Modist Endress, Modesto, Calif,
12 grandchildrenand 12 great grand
