He was my Great Grandpa. He was born on September 22, 1901 in St. Maliche, Quebec to George Chabot and Elise Bernier, he was raised in Quebec, Canada. He married Louise Nadeau on February 7,1934 in Joly, Quebec. He ended up in Southern California in 1947 with his wife Louise & their 3 children, John, Gil, & Jacqueline. He passed away on July 3, 1976 in Riverside, CA at the age of 74. He was survived by his wife of 42 years Louise, Sons John Chabot and wife Mae of Riverside and Gil Chabot and wife Virginia of Gold Hill, OR, Daughter Jackie Lanham and husband Chuck of Riverside, CA, 9 Grandchildren Deborah, Kathy and Denise Chabot, Jerry and Lori Duke and Shellie Lanham and Jeanette, Michelle and Jennifer Chabot, Sisters Alvine Lessard, Laura and her husband Hermenegilde Godbout, Germaine Godbout all of Quebec and Brothers Gerard Chabot and Jules Chabot and wife Lucille both of Quebec. He was predeceased in death by his parents George and Elise, Grandson Gerald Chabot and 11 Brothers and Sisters.
