Billie Earl Webb of Salem, Indiana was the son of the late John Walter Webb and Edna Earl (Monroe) Webb. Billie was a boilermaker with the Boilermakers Union Local #374 in Hammond, Indiana. He was a member of the Blue River Friends Church in Salem. He had been a resident of Washington County for most of his life and a member of the Salem Moose Lodge #2380. His survivors include two sons David and Steve Webb of Salem Indiana, One Sister, Billie Meaders of Warner Robbins, Georgia, Nephews Karen Slaughter of Mobile Alabama and Jana Grey of Georgia. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several distant cousins. He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia, two sons (Billie Webb Jr. and John Webb), 3 brothers and 1 sister.
