Christie Lynn Snider Adams 47, of Tylertown, MS died tragically Saturday, June 23, 2012 in LA in a car accident. Christie was born March 14, 1965 in Charleston, MS. She enjoyed cooking, canning, gardening, hunting, and fishing. Christie was an outgoing person with a great love for people and doing for others. Christie loved her family and especially proud of her grandson, Noah. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill Snider, Mary Ann Wolfe and stepfather, Gerald Reed Wolfe. Christie is survived by her husband, Larry Adams of Tylertown, MS; two children, Alton and Casey McCain of Jackson, MS; four step children, Larry Wayne Adams (Michelle) of Columbia, LA, Brandy Adams (Willard) of Macon, MS, Lisa McLain (Dustin) of Lake Charles, LA, Wesley Adams (Delise) of Lake Charles, LA; two brothers, Troy Snider of Jackson, MS and Jackie Pope of Charleston, MS; two sisters, Lisa Osborne of Greenville, MS and Renee Smith (Jimmy) of Charleston, MS; a grandson, Noah McCain; eight step grandchildren, Layton, Shelby, Samantha, Whitney, Wade, Dillon, Nicholas, and Kirsten; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, June 30, 2012 from 12-1pm at O'Bryant-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Gautier followed by the funeral service at 1pm in the chapel. Interment will conclude services at Pinecrest Cemetery.
