The funeral of Ernest O. Bolen, of Washington township, whose death was mention last week, was conducted from the old family homestead Friday afternoon by Elder C.E. Groshans, and interment was made in Crown Hill cemetery. The deceased was born to his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bolen, on February 18, 1868, and died at the age of 42 years, 11 months and 7 days. His death terminated a long and unbroken illness which resulted from a stroke of paralysis and made him an invalid for nine years.
