He married Alice (unk) WOOD, and raised three children, Jan Cason, (dec); Bruce Wood, and Tim Wood, a pastor in CA.
He worked hard in the District and State Youth programs, which was called the "League" at that time. He was converted early in life.
He was elected as State Clerk of the State Association of FWB, at age 25 yrs, and served for several years until his move to CA.
He pastored Ada FWB church, and Capitol Hill in OKC, and probably others before these. He had a big smile, and very likeable personality.
He was said to be "a rising star" when he was tragically killed in an auto accident on way from CA to OK, about 41 years of age.
His widow and children have kept serving in various places and capacities.. only Jan having died recently; she was a talented singer and teacher.
