Mrs. Whitlow died Monday, Sept 24, at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika.
She was born in Chambers County, daughter of Wash and Donnie Finley Morgan.
She had been employed in the textile industry and was a member of St. Paul Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Annie Bell Sims, and four brothers,
Wash Morgan Jr., Clifford Morgan, Forrest Morgan and Eddie Lee Morgan.
Suvivors include her husband, Walter N. Whitlow of Roanoke; three daughters, Teresa Whitlow Pettway of Chicago, Wenda Moss of Roanoke and Tina Thomas of Ft. Bragg, NC; a stepdaughter, Marilyn Monroe of Killeen, TX; a stepson, Wendell Winston of Franklin, GA; two sisters, Sharon Whetstone and Mary Dot Baker of Roanoke; four brothers, George Morgan, Bobbie Mack Morgan and Johnny Frank Morgan of Roanoke and Raymond Morgan of Chicago; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a special nephew, Randy Sims of Atlanta; a special niece, Christino Phillips of Roanoke; and a host of other nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Greg Whitlow, Virgil Whitlow, Alvin Trammell, Gary Morgan, Timmy Morgan and Bryan Nelson.
