Jack S. Williams (1896-1987) was born at Fowl River, Mobile County, Alabama. He came to Biloxi as a young man and worked for the DeJean Packing Company for many years as a commercial fisherman. Jack married Leona Peltier (1900-1941), a native of Louisiana and the daughter of O. Peltier and Anise Savoy, in Harrison County, Mississippi on June 16, 1918.(Harrison Co., Mississippi Circuit Court MRB p, )

Jack and Leona Peltier Williams were the parents of: Horace Williams; James Williams; George Williams; Ray Williams; Doris Williams m. Miller; Laura Williams m. Schultz; Elsie Williams m. Hodges; and Deanna Williams m. Williamson.

After the demise of his spouse, Jack married Ethel Covacevich Breal (1904-1991) in August 1947. He expired on August 29, 1987 and his corporal remains were interred in the Biloxi Cemetery, 6th Addition. His funeral service were held at the East End Methodist Church with Bradford-O'Keefe in charge.
