Mrs. Elizabeth Marguerite Walsh Tysor, age 38, North Wilkesboro, died Friday, October 3, at her home. Mrs. Tysor was born December 11, 1964 in Wilkes County to Elbert Lee Walsh, Jr., and Faye Baker. Surviving are her daughter, Alexa "Allie" Caroline Tysor of Elkin; father, Elbert Lee Walsh, Jr., and stepmother, Sheila Walsh of Purlear; mother, Faye Baker Walsh-Alexander and stepfather, John Alexander of Roaring River; maternal grandmother, Josephine Stonestreet Hutchinson of Elkin; stepsister, April Nicole Huffman of Purlear. Funeral services were held Monday, October 6, at Boiling Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. Howard Laney officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Memorials may be made to Boiling Springs Baptist Church, Cemetery Fund, c/o Betty Osborne, 1390 Boiling Springs Road, Purlear, NC 28665. Miller Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements.
