Anthony is the son of Anthony McClone and Anna Corcoran, both from Ireland.He married her on 3 Feb 1871 in Castlebar,Mayo,Connacht,Ireland and there first child was born there in Ireland before the family immigrated to Wisconsin where the remaining children were born.

Anthony Jr. married Maria Moran abt 1900 in Outagamie Co.,WI.They are parents of eight children:
