He was born April 18, 1884, in Knox county, the son of Deleno & Mary Belle Doolittle Busenburg, and was married Feb. 24, 1915 to Rebecca Parker who survives.
Other survivors are one son, Woodrow Busenburg, Walhonding; one daughter, Mrs. Paul Kanuckle, Warsaw; three sisters, Mrs. Jane Woods and Mrs. Mary Nichols both of Walhonding Rt. 1, and Mrs. Ollie Laurence, Howard; and four grandchildren. One sister and one brother are deceased.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Fischer Funeral Home, Warsaw, in charge of Rev. Robert Wells. Burial will be in Workman Cemetery, Danville.
