Mrs. Van Amringe Dies; Active In Little Theatre

Mrs. Elizabeth L. Van Amringe, 77, who had been active in theatre and art groups here, died Monday in a local hospital. She lived at 1112 23rd Avenue North.

Mrs. Van Amringe was born in Maine, and moved here 12 years ago from Boston, Mass. She was a member of the Methodist Church and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the St. Petersburg Bar Association; Board of Directors of the Florida Philharmonic Society; Little Theatre, and Civic Music Association, all here.

She was the wife of Robert C. Van Amringe, local attorney with offices at 710 Central Avenue.

Other survivors include a sister, Mrs. Samuel N. Blackwood, here.

Private services will be at the convenience of the family. It is requested that flowers be omitted. The Palms Memorial is in charge of arrangements.
