Gene T. Grady, Jr., a lifelong resident of Manassas died Saturday, June 14, 2003 at his home.

Gene served in the U.S. Navy in Europe.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 33 years, Betty Jane Grady.

Survivors include four children, Deborah Grady, of San Francisco, California, Gene Grady, Jr. of Manassas, Sharon Crowder of Yorktown, Virginia and Jeffery Grady of Warsaw, Poland; one sister, Edna Johnson of Mt. Airy, Maryland; three grandchildren, Benjamin, Henry and Samuel Crowder, all of Yorktown, Virginia; one nephew, Bobby Johnson, of Woodbine, Maryland and his special friend, Alice Burleson, of Fairfax, Virginia.
His family remembers him as a loving husband and father. He leaves behind many friends and fond memories.

The family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 18, 2003 at Price Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas. Graveside services will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, June 19, 2003 at Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas.
