Active in high school FFA; childrens programs at church. Loved family farm at McCook and ranching but especially liked roping steers. After graduating high school in May 2003 he was off to US Marine Corp boot camp in June. A member of 2nd Battalion, 7th Marines, 1st Marine Division, 1st Marine Expeditionary Force when killed in fighting in Sunni Triangle in Iraq. Devoted Son, Brother, and dedicated Proud Marine who gave his life for his country.
