Frank M. Molnar, 78, Lorraine, Route. 1 operator of a grocery store at Worth, died at 9:23. p.m. Wednesday in the House of the Good Samaritan, Watertown, where he had been admitted May 10
The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Cecelia's Church, Adams, with Rev. John Downs, pastor, officiating.
Calling hours will be 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Piddock Funeral Home, Adams. He is survived by four sons, Frank Jr., Livonia, Edward P, Worth, Donald, Fulton, and Charles, Adams Center; two sons by a previous marriage. Joseph, Yugoslavia, and Daniel. Warren, Ohio; three daughters, Mrs. William (Rose) Beutel, Massey Street Road, Mrs. Hubert (Catherine) Maltba, Adams, and Mrs. Donald (Betty) VanWuyckhuyse, Victor; a step-brother. Joseph Yugovich. Warren, Ohio. 25 grandchildren and 4 great- grandchildren. A son. Milan, died in infancy.
Born Dec. 3, 1898, in Yugoslavia, he came to the United States in 1921 and worked in steel mills and coal mines in West Virginia. and Pennsylvania..
He moved to the Town of Worth in 1947 and operated. a farm until 1957 when he moved to Rochester and operated a restaurant there until 1962 when he returned to Worth and purchased the grocery store he had operated until his death.
He married Dorothy Loncaric in 1931. She died Oct 5, 1962, at the age of 47, in Mercy Hospital. Mr. Molnar had served in World War I in Austria- Hungary.
