ALBAUGH -- Alvin J., 68, Windber R.D. 1, died morning of Jan. 1, 1969, at Memorial Hospital. Born Oct. 30, 1900, in Adams Township, son of Ray E. and Annie (Stiffler) Albaugh. Survived by widow, former Verda Hofecker, and these sons: Glenn, married to former Amy Harbaugh, Hollsopple R.D. 2, and Robert, married to former Delores Baumbaugh, 101 du Pont St.; also seven grandchildren. Brother of Beatrice, wife of Frank Rehn, Florida, and Bessie, wife of John Penrose, New Florence. Formerly employed by Pittsburgh Plate Glass Co. Last employed by Pepsi-Cola Bottling Co. Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Fred Geisel Funeral Home, where service will he held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, the Rev. Walter Maurer. Interment, Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
