A native or Gibson County, Ind., he was born March 7, 1928, the son of Edith Clara Buck Wagner, Princeton, Ind., and the late George C. Wagner. He was a member of Salem United Church of Christ, Darmstadt, Ind. He was supervisor tor 32 years at Faultless Hardware.
Survivors, In addition to his mother, include his wife, Aluera Wilderman Wagner; two sons, Gary of Haubstadt, Ind., and Mark Wagner, Herndon; two daughters, Janice Coghill, Henderson, and Cathy Nichols, Hopkinsville; one brother, Arvll Wagner, Oakland City, Ind.; three sisters, Maxine Minor, MacKey, Ind., Margie Loehr, Oakland City, and Phyllis Koerner, Evansville, Ind.; and seven grandchildren.
