Kenneth F. Crissman, 77, of North Versailles, died Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011, at Forbes Hospice at West Penn Hospital. He was born Jan. 14, 1934, in Pitcairn, a son of the late Cashes F. and Claire Smith Crissman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers and sisters. A retired pipe fitter from H.J. Heinz Company, he was an Army Korean War veteran and a member of St. John Lutheran Church in North Versailles. Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Joan Panczyk Crissman; a son, Kenneth E. (Donna) Crissman, of Glen Rock, Pa.; a daughter, Sheryl (James) Likar, of White Oak; and grandchildren, Ashley, Nicholas, Melissa and Lindsay. Friends will be received from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the JAYCOX-JAWORSKI FUNERAL HOME INC., 2703 O'Neil Blvd., McKeesport, PA 15132, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Richard Krug presiding. Interment will follow in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon. The family suggests memorial contributions to Forbes Hospice, 4800 Friendship Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15224. www.jaycox-jaworskifh.com.
