Nellie (McDaniel) Trimble Muse

Nellie Trimble Muse, Nancy, died suddenly Tuesday, August 17, 1993, at her residence. She was 86.

Born in the Nancy community July 1, 1907, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Argola Tarter McDaniel. She was a homemaker, and a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, D.B. Trimble, Nancy; four stepsons, Eventus and Willard Muse, both of Somerset, Amos Muse, Ohio, and Denver Muse, Indiana; four stepdaughters, Montie Daws, Somerset, Nova Oakes, Juanita Floyd, and Leah Fern Hacker, all of Nancy; two granddaughters, Ranee (and David) Trimble McCoy and Sonja (and Richard) Trimble Stigall, both of Somerset; three great-grandchildren, Chelsa and Christopher D. Stigall, and Maran McCoy, all of Somerset; several step-grandchildren; and several step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, McKinley Trimble who died in 1955; her second husband, Walter Muse, whom she married June 30, 1957, and who died in 1978; a son, Kenneth Trimble; and two stepdaughters, Pansy Mosley and Velna Ard; and a stepson, Meadeth Muse.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Bethlehem Baptist Church with the Rev. Dale Osman officiating.

Burial will be in Tarter Cemetery.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at Pulaski Funeral Home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Tarter Cemetery Fund.
