LAST OF MORRISON PIONEERS DIES AT THE AGE OF 79 YEARS
Martin Reidy, a pioneer of Brown County, died at his home in Morrison Sunday night after a resident there of nearly 60 years. He is the last of the early settlers in that town. Mr. Reidy was 79 years of age. It has been arranged to hold his funeral service tomorrow morning at the Maple Grove Catholic Church.
Mr. Reidy was born in Ireland in 1838, and he came to America when 12 years of age and then came to Morrison and cleared a farm. He lived on that farm till his death. He and his wife celebrated their golden wedding in 1912. She died a year ago. Five children survive Mr. Reidy.
