MRS. OLGA BEARDON PASSED BEYOND
GERMANTOWN WOMAN IS VICTIM OF PNEUMONIA; FUNERAL YESTERDAY
Mrs. Earl Beardon of near Germantown died last Wednesday night from pneumonia and the funeral was held yesterday afternoon. The remains found a resting place in the Germantown cemetery, many relatives and friends paying a last tribute of respect to her memory.
Mrs. Earl Beardon before her marriage was Miss Olga Holtorf, daughter of Mrs. Mary Holtorf of Germantown. She was born and raised in the Germantown section and had many friends among its population.
A little more than a year ago she became the wife of Earl Beardon who is now serving with the Colors in France. Besides her husband she is survived by her mother and two brothers.
Funeral services were conducted at the Germantown cemetery with Rev. J. H. Von Renner officiating. – Transcribed by E.
