Meredith Calvin Bell of Browns Mills, age 69 years, went home to be with the Lord on June 16, 2012 at Virtua Hospital, Mount Holly.

He was a native of Pittsburgh, Pa., joined the U.S. Air Force after High School and traveled the world. He was a retired Master Sergeant with 20 years in the Air Force and served during Vietnam.

He was employed as a 911 Supervisor for Burlington County Communications for 32 years. He was a member of the Pauline B. Grant C.M.E. Church, Pemberton. Meredith loved his family, liked music and was a man of great faith.

Beloved husband of Chiquita Helina (nee Asuncion) of 45 years, dear father of Chiquita S. Bell of Eastampton, Lauano E. Bell and wife Bernice of Country Lakes, Meredith D. Bell of Browns Mills, Felicia K. Bell of Eastampton and Carlos T. Bell and wife Raquel of Ewing, grandfather of 9 and great-grandfather of 11.

Relatives and friends of Meredith's family are invited to his Home Going Service 11:00 AM Thursday at The Pauline B. Grant C.M.E. Church, 293 Fort Dix Road, Pemberton. There will be viewing and visitation for Meredith 9:30 to 11:00 AM Thursday at the Church.

Interment with full military honors will be in BGWCD Veterans Memorial Cemetery, North Hanover Twp.

Flowers and contributions may be made to the Pauline B. Grant C.M.E. Church in his memory.
