SUFFOLK, Aug. 13. — Paul John Fowler, 46, died suddenly from a heart attack at 8:30 this morning at his-home, 147 Charles Street. He was the son of Ben Fowler and the late Mrs. Mamie Howell Fowler, of Holland, and besides his father is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ruby Howell Fowler, a daughter, Miss Elizabeth Fowler, a son, P. J. Fowler, Jr., three sisters, Mrs. Albert Glover, of Clifton Forge; Mrs. Tom Holland, of Holland, and Mrs. Harvey Wright, of Suffolk, four brothers, Raymond Fowler, U. S. Army, now stationed in Honolulu; Oscar and Melvin Fowler, of Holland, and Benjamin Fowler, of Suffolk. He was staff superintendent of the Universal Life Insurance Company in Suffolk and a member of the Suffolk Christian Church and' the Twentieth Century Baraca Class. He had made his home here for the past 10 years. The body was taken to the Hill Funeral Home and funeral arrangements will be announced later.
