Olen A. Groves, son of Alva Louis (Lewis) Groves and Ella May Hunt.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Thelma (1988); mother Ella May Hunt(1889-1915)father Alva Louis Groves (1874-1966)his brother, Glenn early 1900's to 1974); sister, Alice Lorraine Stout "Rainey (1930-2000), Brother Donald Dee (1932-1950), sister Audrey Anderson Beaupre (1938-1995);

Survived by his daughters, Maxine Swearingen and Olene (William) Greenwood, both of Pueblo; his special friend, Bud Swearingen; sisters, Lorma Marcotte, Doris Neu (1939-2001), Ilene Slaughter, and Hazel Phelps (1933-2000),grandchildren, Ricky (Kathy) Buck, Jerry (Debbie) Swearingen and Tracey (Darlene) Swearingen, all of Pueblo, Heidi (Frank) Lynch, Kristy and Chuck Greenwood, all of Denver. Also survived by numerous great- grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and two great-great-great-grandchildren. Olen was a painter for the city and the business agent for the painters union in Pueblo. He was a lifetime member of Elks and a member of Eagles. Olen was laid to rest at Mountain View Cemetary, Pueblo, Colorado.
