Orchestra Conductor. He received his training at the Juilliard School of Music in New York and played violin with the Minneapolis Symphony Orchestra before moving to the West coast. During his career as a Maestro, he conducted orchestras in many US States, Vancouver, British Columbia, El Paso and Mexico City. He organized the Burbank Symphony Orchestra in 1944 and also formed the Burbank Youth Symphony in 1948, which was featured in many national broadcasts. In 1950, he pressured city officials to build the outdoor Starlight Amphitheatre in the northwestern hills of Burbank, California, as a home for orchestras.
