Albert Monroe Baggerly, formerly a resident of Waverly, died at his home in Springfield last Sunday, September 10, at 9:15 p.m. following a heart attack. Deceased was born October 20, 1862, being 70 years, 10 months and 20 days of age at the time of his death. For the past 22 years he has lived in Springfield.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Ann; three sons, Frederick M., Henry G., and Frank M., of Springfield; two daughters, Mrs. A. C. Lockwood, of Springfield, and Mrs. Ora Lemmons, of near Franklin; also three brothers, J. C. Baggerly of Dawson, I. J. Baggerly of Waverly, and Wilburn Baggerly of Idaho, and one sister, Mrs. J. T. Richardson of Waverly.
The remains were brought to Waverly and funeral services held at the Swift Funeral Home Monday afternoon, September 11, at 3 o'clock, William Taylor, of this city officiating.
