Shannon Curtis 1961-2015 Shannon Curtis, 53, of Chenault Bridge Road, passed away at her home April 5, 2015.
Born Dec. 16, 1961, in Boyle County, she was a daughter of Marcus Edward Underwood and the late Rosemary Dalton Underwood. Shannon was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Curtis. Shannon worked many years for Danville Family Physicians and was a homemaker. She was a member of Burgin Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Kyle Curtis (Kimberly) of Richmond; a daughter, Kayla Mount (Tony) of Louisville; a brother, Darrell Underwood (Beckie) of Danville; and a grandchild, Dixon Mount.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 8, at Preston-Pruitt- Spurlin Funeral Home, Danville.
Visitation is 6-9 p.m. today, April 7.
