Terry Rene Proctor Starnes, 54, of Concord, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at Tucker Hospice House.
Terry was born on November 17, 1957, to the late James Paul Proctor and the late Gatha Mae Shoe Proctor.
She was a loving wife, mom and a beloved friend.
She is survived by her husband, Danny Ray Starnes; three sons, Scotty Starnes of Concord, Jason Starnes and wife, Lisa, of Kannapolis and Jimmy Starnes of Concord; a brother, Perry Proctor of Salisbury; seven grandchildren, many nieces and nepews.
