Deceased Name: John "JB" Reznicek
LA MARQUE - John "JB" Reznicek, 80, of La Marque passed away Monday, November 19, 2007, at Mainland Medical Center in Texas City. JB was born January 20, 1927, to Frank and Mary Reznicek in Sealy, Texas. JB was an optician, member of VFW Post La Marque and the Queen of Peace Catholic Church and served in the U S Army Air Corps during WW II.

JB is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Frank Reznicek, Jr. and Ed Reznicek. JB is survived by his wife Sue Reznicek of La Marque; sister Louise Susen of Sealy; brother W. L. "Shorty" Reznicek; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday, November 20, 2007, from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at the James Crowder Funeral Home in La Marque. Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 21, 2007, at the funeral home with Dr. Mike Deaton officiating. Burial will follow at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock.

Pallbearers will be his nephews.
