Funeral Today
FULTON, Ky, March 17 (Special) Funeral services, for H. C. Hooker, 73, retired Illinois Central employe, were held at 2 p.m. today at Hornbeak Funeral Home with the Rev. Oakley Woodside officiating. Burial was in Arlington Cemetery.
Mr. Hooker died at 7 p.m. Saturday in the IC Hospital at Chicago after a long illness. He was a retired telegraph operator and moved here about 11 years ago from Arlington, He was a member of the First Methodist Church here.
Survivors Include the widow, Mrs. Ellen Hooker, a son, Thomas Hooker, Hickman; two stepsons, Wayne Norman, New York City, and Wendell Norman, Bloomington, Ind.; two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
