Eunice Geraldine Burrow, 95, died June 11, 2012. She was born July 15, 1916.

Eunice's life was chronicled in the Ridgefield Reflections, A Legacy, published in 2011 by the Ridgefield Heritage Committee of Ridgefield, Washington, 98642. From the book, "We lived on Cook Street in Ridgefield for 42 years, then moved to Riverview Drive. John retired in 1977. We look west, overlooking Ridgefield, the Bottoms, Batchelor Island and across the Columbia River to Oregon with many ships to watch." The book was written to honor and recognize citizens in our Ridgefield community who have been here for many, many years. We hear their stories, and now those stories are woven into the history of Ridgefield.

Burrow is survived by her husband, John W. Burrow of Ridgefield, Wahsington and daughters Geri Vangelder, Judy Lambert and Mary Matney. She also had seven grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Services were held for her June 16th, 2012 and internment took place at the Ridgefield Cemetery in Ridgefield, Washington.
