Death Notice: MICHAEL F. MENZA
Michael F. Menza, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2009 in Burbank, CA at the age of 58 joining his parents, Rocco and Loretta Menza in eternal heaven.
A composer of film scores and radio jingles, lifelong performer and former teacher, Michael grew up in Clarendon Hill, IL before beginning a career in music that would lead to many enduring friends and many miles traveled.
He eventually settled in the Los Angeles area, where he lived for over twenty years.
Michael is survived by his four brothers and two sisters; his musical soulmate and friend of 43 years, Pat Connell; and longtime love Trisha Delaney.
Funeral Mass Saturday, April 25 at 10 a.m. at Notre Dame Church, Chicago and Norfoldk Ave., Clarendon Hills.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. till time of Mass.
Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
In lieu flowers, memorials may be made to the Disney Family Cancer Center at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center, Burbank, CA.
