R.H. Allshouse, 68 California Man, Apoplexy Victim
California, July 7, Richard H Allshouse, 58, died suddenly at the home of his sister, Mrs. Ida Veatch, Fourth Street, here, at 11:30 a.m. yesterday. Death was caused by apoplexy.
Mr. Allshouse who had been retired for the last three years was sitting in a chair on the rear porch of his daughter's home when he suddenly toppled to the floor. He died immediately.
He was a glass blower by trade although he had not worked since he lost both legs in an accident three years ago.
He was a widower and leaves four children in New Jersey, and a sister Mrs. Leona Whiteman in Uniontown, in addition to Mrs. Veatch. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.

Richard, William, Daisy and Gertrude.
