MARBLEHEAD - Mrs. Elizabeth M. (Aiken) Martin, 93, of 26 Locust St., died Wednesday afternoon in the Newburyport Chronic Manor Hospital following a long illness. She was the wife of the late Gardner Martin.
Born in Bucksport, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Augustus and Margaret (Carr) Aiken. She was educated in Bucksport schools.
She leaves one son, Boyd A. Martin, with whom she made her home in Marblehead; one granddaughter and two great-granddaughters.
Private funeral services will be held Saturday.
