Shayace Matthew Cobain Radake, 3, and Savannah Bridget Morgan-Radake, 1, passed away at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2008, in Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin from a vehicle incident.
Shayace Matthew was born July 9, 2005, in Carbondale.
Savannah was born Jan. 3, 2007, in Carbondale.
They are the children of Bridget Radake.
They are survived by their mother of Scheller; maternal grandparents, Rich and Geraldine "Jerri" Radake of Scheller; two brothers, Dustin Radake and Cody Radake, both of Tamaroa; and one sister, Chelseia Williams of Tamaroa.
Mass of the Angels and Saints will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, 2008, in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tamaroa, with Father Robert Zwilling officiating. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery in Radom.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa.
Memorials may be made to St. Michael's Cemetery and will be accepted by the funeral home.
