NESS CITY - Henry Adolph Schneidewind, 78,
died Feb. 4,1990, at Ness County Hospital.
He was born Feb. 8, 1911, at Feursville,
Mo., the son of Adolph and Mary Bentlage
Schneidewind.
A resident of Ness County most of his life,
he was a retired farmer.
He was a member of the St. Luke Lutheran
Church, Bazine.
On Aug. 9,1936, he married Leah Wittig at
Great Bend. She survives. Other survivors
include: a son, Harold, Great Bend; two
daughters, Sharon Werth, and Gloria Vogel,
both of Ness City; a sister, Irene Blehm,
Bazine; seven grandchildren; and four
greatgrandchildren.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the
St. Luke Lutheran Church, Bazine, with the
Rev. Paul Koschmann presiding. Burial will
be in the Bazine Cemetery. Memorials may go
to the church, in care of Fitzgerald Funeral
Home, Ness City.
