Irby Skeen, 76, of Powell Valley died at his home early Saturday morning.
Surviving are two brothers, Golf Skeen of Big Stone Gap and Ewing Skeen of Totz, Ky. Two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Blevins of big Stone Gap and Mrs. Leona Boggs of Alexandria, Va. and several nieces nephews. Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday with Rev. Henry Collins officiating. Burial followed in Skeen family Cemetery-Skeen Ridge.
