BIO: Roy served in the US Army AF during WW II. He was a tail gunner on an A20 attack bomber. He broke his glasses prior to being shipped overseas, and was never sent. He spent most of his service time in FL as a gunnery instructer.

BIO: Roy was a union carpenter by trade. He spent many years in OK, CA and AK performing his trade. He also worked on a repair crew for a railroad in Albion OK during the depression. Known places of work were Allbion and Oklahoma City OK, and Long Beach and Bakersfield CA. He also worked on the Orville Dam in CA. He was working in OK City when he died of cancer.
BIO: Roy enjoyed living a simple life, good friends and family. He liked to fish and hunt, which was one of the reasons he went to Alaska to work.
